Clear broth, lots of water, maybe an orange (oj usually has too much sugar), saltine crackers. If you can also try tomato soup.

Avoid dairy. Chicken and beef broths. Buy it in the can. Applesauce, dry toast (burnt toast has great healing properties if you can tolerate eating it. The carbon will eliminate toxins--really!) apple juice, gatorade, powerade.

As you begin to see symptoms subside: rice, cream of wheat, yogurt to restore balance.

I went through this during the entire months of March and April last year. It was horrible. I essentially lived on gatorade and broths. Eventually they figured out it was a gallstone, from my liver!
Once I got feeling better the up side was I got down to a size 6. My normal size is 10.

Clear liquids. Water, popsicyles, jello for the first 24 hours then introduce soft foods like toast without butter, applesauce, and soup. Gradually introduce solid foods if you can tolerate them.

Poor you, those are no fun at all! Really try to give your digestive system a break and try to eat very lightly. Sometimes if you stop and think about it for a second, something will come to mind that you really crave. Try it in moderation as your body is trying to tell you what it needs.

Sounds like Giardia, I had that once, normal antibiotics won't knock it out, so if it doesn't go away soon, it may be Giardia. When I had Giardia, all I could eat was gatorade and bread.

Read the link, if it sounds like what you have, you need to see your doctor and get on different meds.

Stick to fluids and clear soup. Jello is good, lemon or lime. 7-up is great especially if you can drink it at room temperature. Hope you feel better.

Bland foods
Saltines are ideal.

Try not to eat anything too acidic or spicy (like tomatoes, oranges, etc).

stick to clear fluids to flush it out of your system. Clear broth, water, jello would be ok - stay away from dairy products.
