I work with this guy I really like. We work in different departments and have only talked once. I havent liked someone this much in awhile and I'm afriad he doesnt like me because he doesnt approach me. I have caught him looking at me a couple times then he looks away. Why hasnt he approached me?

Well...my first concern is that you are saying that you like him alot but have only talked to him once. Do you have mutual friends? What makes you say that you like him alot? He may even be thinking the same thing. " She must not be interested because she hasn't approached me"....right? I would definitly grab the opportunity and start up a conversation with him. He is prob just as nervous as you. Always keep that in the back of your mind.

Maybe he is shy.
Maybe he doesn't like you.
Maybe he doesn't want to mix business with pleasure.
Maybe he has a girlfriend.
The reasons are countless.
If you really like him this much, why don't YOU approach him?
Or at least, put yourself in CLOSE proximity and send him signals so that he'd feel comfortable to approach you?
Cmon now.. use your feminine wiles. Dress up real nice one day, wear nice perfume and walk by him.

is he older than u? He probably thinks ur 2 good 4 him. He probably has a girlfriend, or he's just scared 2 approach u? B more open toward him

You've obviously caught his eye.
Maybe he's shy or something.
I think you should make some plans and invite him to go with.
If you're uncomforable.. then make plans w/ a big group. after saying US the stress is off your back. Then you can advoide the akward silenceness.

hmm, i have read, "He's Just Not That Into You". if he likes you, he would have approached you EVEN if he was busy or shy. So, it's either you wait it out or wait it out. if i were you, i wouldn't make the first move. then again i'm old fashioned, it's your decision but if he did like you he would have done something by now.

Make the first move,it doesn't have to be anything earthshaking,just compliment him,say how impressed you are with his work,or out of all the employees,you think he's the nicest.
He might just be flattered!
