Who is the Gary that you are looking for ?
To the Question: There are about 5,842 christian groups and sects with different viewpoints on god, the scriptures, the holy spirit, jesus, salvation, etc according to the latest statistics.
But all these many, many groups make up
the largest religion called christianity in the world today, Islam coming next, because they are as fervant about spreading Islam, as the christians are about spreading their gospel.
Their god, allah, their prophet, the qur'an AND
the christian god, and jesus, and their bible
commandments them ALL in their scriptures to spread their gospels of truth to the entire world, to convert the world to their religion.
I am not judging them, this is simply the facts.
There are MANY kind, patient, peaceful christians and MANY kind, patient, tolerant, & peaceful muslims who do no harm to others, but only wish the best for others, and for others to have Peace and Happiness. And for this, I highly respect them for !!

There are only one group of believers in Jesus Christ and they are called "born again christians"
In today's world the term christian is broad and many do not know the real meaning of a christian. Anyone can say they are christian, but as God says in His word "I know my sheep and my sheep know Me"

Rom 12:4-5
For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office:
5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.
