you have to first dilute it with water, you need to put about 1 part essential oil, 15 parts water, and viola! otherwise, you can get a diffuser, which is a lot easier. you just drop the oil in, and it spreads it through the air. :o)

Go to your local herbal store, they'll let you know! Otherwise I'm pretty sure you just put it in a spray bottle, and call it good!
