You can go for a Teaching Assistant role. you would support the teacher within the class, concentrating on groups that need more attention. You need to get vountary experience of working with the age group your'e interested in and look around you local colleges for any courses on working with children - mentoring, helping them to read etc. once you have some experience you can look for paid work, then do a vocational qual such as an NVQ in teaching assistant work. IT skills are important to this job.

I have worked in most types of school as a Learning Support Assistant, many schools do not ask for qualifications, just a basic knowledge of Special Needs and how they could be implicated in the classroom. You might find that your local college will offer courses where you can train as an LSA or a TA.
It is such a rewarding job for the children and for yourself. But hard work too.

Secretary in the offices, janitor, lunch lady/man, librarian. I'm sure your local college/trade school would be better able to answer what qualifications you would need.
I kind of agree with Mary S. What are your reasons for wanting to work in a primary school? Seems a little weird.

#1 would be that you get a good education no matter what job you might want, because with your current spelling (or inability to use spell check) it is going to work against you. Grammar and sentence structure is very important as well.
#2 There are secretaries, principals, janitors, teacher's aides, cooks, librarians and so many others!

Guidance counselor-requires a Master's degree
Some schools are employing school social workers-you would need at least a Bachelor's degree and in some cases a Master's degree in Social Work as well as a social work license (LSW)
Other possibilities: speech therapists, occupational and physical therapists

I don't want to be rude, but this kind of reminds me of something a child molester would say. However, if you're serious, you could be a teacher's aide. You wouldn't need as much education for that, and you could still help kids if you enjoy that.
