I know that I get tired of him saying "billions and billions" so I'm sure Satan would get tired of it after a while.

I don't think Carl Sagan is in hell. Now, I admit that I'm not absolutely certain. I happened to know of a Christian who had talked with Carl Sagan late in his life. He has said that Carl Sagan turned his life to Jesus Christ at the very end.
That said, I don't think people will torment Satan nor will Satan torment people in hell. The idea is unbiblical and really, problematic.

And neither is Satan tormenting him.
That's an idea out of Dante's Inferno.
Hell was not even intended for people:
Matthew 25:41
"Then He will also say to those on His left, 'Depart from Me, accursed ones, into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels."
But that is exactly where Jesus said the disobedient would go!

I dont think anyone person is up to face Satan. He may have caused hell on earth, but down there he has nothing on the devil.

Probably because Satan is a creationist and Carl is probably doing what typical Atheists do all the time.. pushing his beliefs on everyone and trying to convert everyone to their false religion.
