I know that all children are different and can vary widely, I just want a general idea of how on-track my daughter is. Thanks :)

There are really too many to mention here. Verbally? Physically?

Get the book "What to expect the Toddler Years." (same people as "What to Expect when Your Expecting- which I didn't love, but I love the toddler book)

GREAT advice on exactly what you are referring to. They give what they should be able to do, probably can do, and might be able to do, as well as advice on all manner of parenting specific to each age.

There are many good books on the subject of child development available from your local public library. They will do a much better job of answering your question than anybody on the Internet.

Most 2 year olds should be able to somewhat comprehend toilet training...speak quite eloquently w/ the odd mispronunctiation and be able to do basic commands w/ help or on there own.

My child made no important from 18 months to two. Where I notice it was when I was around other two years old. My best advise is to judge your child around other two years old. If you do not know any, join a group.
My doctor been working with her. She is six, and two years behind. If you think she's behind, start with help know.
