Child support is based on your income. A judge will determine it in the case of a separation or divorce.

Go by the base legal office and set up an appointment with an attorney. If you are too far away, give them a call. In the end, it will have to be decided in court. I don't know what state you are in, but go to yahoo and type the name of your state and child support calculator. Some states have that online to give you an estimate.

depends on the state you file in. each one has different criteria for detrmining CS.
