i asked my friends if they'd rather live a boring life & go 2 heaven or live a funn wild life and go 2 hell and they all said dull life and heaven. and i would rather have a fun life and go to hell

Hell is real! There is good and evil in this world. There are people in this world that don't care about going to hell because they don't believe in it. Then there is people that do believe in it which is good because they no the ways not to get to hell and will do whatever it takes. I highly suggest that you take time to think about this. I know it sounds it's not possible or it's not true. That's what people do these days. If something is not scientifically correct, the whole idea is not correct. It's a shame, so many people are blinded from God in this short life. You only get this life to prove yourself to God that you are worthy to enter his heavenly kingdom. I don't mean to be a preacher but I know that once you care, you will be a much better person.

Well, I'm told Jews don't believe in heaven or hell. So I guess one would say they don't care. I have never understood what their religion is all about and what keeps them in line if there's no punishment in the end. I should look into that. You must not believe in hell either. If you did you would care.

You need to start thinking past your nose. This is going to take some effort, but give it your best. You WILL be someplace 100 billion years from now...all that time, you will have been one place or the other.....Hell is agony beyond any humans mind to imagine..the bible says there will be knashing of teeth..unquenchable..no escape, and total isolation...OR...Heaven....just the opposite, wonders, love peace,JOY beyond what any humans mind can imagine....THINK!!!!...even if you live to be 100 your life will still be just a vapor, a blink compared to eternity.....I will pray for you...Jesus really wants you there.......God Bless.

Not particularly. However, I think I'd pass on the traditional concept of heaven too. A life where everything is all pleasure or all pain would have no meaning.

It's not that people don't care if they go to hell, it's that they don't care about the threat of going to hell.
You've got non-Christians who don't believe there is a hell so they don't believe the threat is real.
You've got Christians who don't believe a loving god would condemn anybody to eternal torment so they don't believe the threat is real.
If people need hell to keep themselves in line, they seem to me to be pretty weak people. Good people are not good out of fear.

Sure! Ever heard of the Church of Satan? Also, lots of folks find the Heaven described in scripture less than appealing, and are kind of hoping that the other place is more fun...

hell was invented by a few insane people as a way of scaring people into believing what they did. Its like if i told you that if you didnt read "Mother Goose" everyday you would go to a cave and eat burnt chicken and grits all day everyday until...i tell you to stop.
