i have been coughing for the past week or so but now when i cough i cough hard to the point that i have a hard time breathing it feels like my lungs have fluid in them or something what is it?

it could be pneumonia or bronchitis...go see your doctor

Go see a doctor...doesn't sound good...you've been drinking lotsa fluids and consuming throat sweets or something, right?
