It might kill you quicker than you might otherwise die. It might release endorphins or releive stress but the cost far outweighs any benefits from it.

You should not ask this question at all, don't ever start smoking otherwise you will be addicted. Smoking somehow makes you feel good but don't forget the price you have to pay later.

Smoking cigarettes gives you a false sense of 'less stress', and makes you think you are 'smart' otherwise it doesn't do anything GOOD for you. If you are smart you will NOT smoke.

Let me tell ya about it. First off don't ever start cause it's a ***** to stop... I have been trying for a couple of months and believe me you'll be allot more stressed trying to stop smoking than what you are now.. try xanax or something herbal?

Personally I find that it relaxes me. Im not sure that it has anything to do with endorphins, but Im pretty sure it does restrict your blood vessels

well, I can tell you it is relaxing, but there are much better, healthier ways to relax! If I could, I would have never started. It is hard to quit and we are running out of places to smoke in peace!

lung cancer , high blood pressure they kill you even people who don't smoke are affected by the smoke

cigarretes give u nothing but a shorter life or and earlyer death and it may give u lung cancer
