Only, and I repeat only if the dog has a dog house that has four sides and a roof, the opening should have a flap to break the wind, and it should be raised off the ground a few inches, lined with bedding and provide water that will not freeze. If and when you can do all that, you can keep your dog outside. But I can't imagine why anyone would want to keep their pet outside when it's below freezing temps. Why did you get a dog? to keep it outside. Buy a stuffed toy dog and keep that outside, bring the living, breathing, heart beating dog inside OR find it a home where they will treat the dog with love and respect.

If you have an insulated dog house you will not have a problem. But he should be use to cold weather. If you have him inside in a warm house and quickly switch him to outside that would not be good

No, it is too cold for your dog to be outside. He really needs to come in to prevent suffering and cold-related medical problems.

If you think you need to keep your dog outside at those temps them maybe you need to place an ad on petfinder and let someone love and care for him the right way.No need to bother yourself .

You can let your dog out for the most 20min. but in some states it is against the law to leave them out when its below freezing for a long time.

Let me put it to you this way. If you let your dog stay outside in weather that cold, it will freeze to death. Common sense tells you, that if it's too cold for you, then it's too cold for your dog. Leaving your dog outside, is considered to be cruel, and animal abuse. Please don't put your dog outside, that's not fair. Bring it inside ,where it's nice and warm and enjoy him/her.
