You might mean Tourette syndrome. Do you have rapid eyeblinking, sniffing, neck twisting or some other odd tic? I noticed that you had another question about your temper. That goes along with TS. It is an anxiety disorder that includes ADD and obsessive compulsive disorder.
I have had it most of my life. There are others in my family too. We don't have the cursing tics, hardly anyone does. We just have odd habits: I sniff a lot, my sister hums all the time, my father cleared his throat constantly.

Here are some medicines that I think would help: Strattera (non amphetamine for ADD), Zoloft, Celexa or any other antidepressant. They will stop your mind from racing which is the most bothersome symptom of Tourette syndrome.

Judas Rabbi Syndrome or JRS : is a common ailment that afflicts everyone at one time or another and for which there is no cure. Judas Rabbi will lay dormant until a question picks up his attention and he then will quickly and decisively answer completely catching the intended questioner off guard. The age or sex of the questioner makes no difference in determining where JRS will strike. JRS is often followed by amazement, awe, and wonder of why he picked his/hers question. LOL!

tyrex?

Don't have a clue what that can be. Do you mean Tourette's Syndrome where you randomly swear or scream or make other random noises?
