Dental bleeching will not help because of the enamel. Can you tell me other possibilities that a Dentist could do and how much would it cost?

It depends how severe the stain is - normally this type of defect can be repaired using composite (tooth colored filling) material. The dentist preps the defect out and inserts the filling material. If the staining is more intrinsic (Inside the tooth and throughout) then a composite or porcelain veneer can be used although this wouldn't be done until she is older. There are a few ways to treat the problem. As far as cost goes, it depends on how large the filling is - maybe $85.00 to $150.00 for the composite. Veneers will be significantly more.

It's a calcifucation spot. You can ask the dentist if he could do a filling on it. It would be for cosmetic reasons so it more then likely wouldn't be covered by insurance. The price will very depending on how many surfaces of the tooth it will cover and the area you live in.
