Well first of all you need to get in her LINE of sight.
If you guys have class together, try to sit near her.
Speak up in class, so she has to look at you.
Talk to her.
Be funny.
Make a joke.
Anything to draw her attention to you so she knows you at least EXIST.
Now to figure out if SHE likes YOU - well, that's gonna take a little more work. You'll actually have to be on speaking terms with her. Her actions might give you clues e.g. if she smiles alot at you, flirts with you e.g. touches your arm or something when speaking. But be careful, she might just be a touchy-feely person *like me* so I'd go on harder evidence e.g. she goes on a DATE with you. That'll be a SURE sign she likes you.

say hi to her and give her a compliment. ask her what type of music/hobbies/sports she likes. I didn't know this one guy liked me until he started doing that. And even when I knew I liked him I was too shy to say anything about it. He bucked up and told me he liked me and now we've been dating for almost 7 months! good luck!!!

be yourself, have dignity and self respect, bottom line girls like men with sense of humor and confidence. Talk with your friends or hers and see if she has any interest as well, and if not...well then life does go on.

start off by asking her out for a cup of coffee....if she says no, then move on. if yes, then you can ask her on dinner date the following week. but don't do weird stuff like send her anonymous flowers or cards. just be yourself and ask her out like a gentleman.

try doing something daring, too get attention, then once she notices you give her a little smile or wink everytime she looks at you after that, finally... go talk to her. it'll work.... beleive me
