There are tons of things you can say.

My husband is a tattoo artist and there is a sticker in his shop that says :

I always thought it was cute, maybe you can work it in somehow.

Baggy clothes hide the body and encourage lounging around. So even though you're relaxing at home, wear fitted clothes to hold you on track.
