Feeling of a tightness and a lump right underneath adams apple, what could it be?

I am 25 years old, and I am having some problems in my throat. It feels as if there is something stuck in my throat and I try to clear it or swallow it but it doesn't go away. Sometimes I feel a tightness in my throat and sometimes into my chin and it feels as if the sides of my neck are swollen or tight but you can't tell by looking. I am worried, can someone help, I have no health insurance but I will go to the doctor if I really feel its necessary. HELP!

You have glands all over, a couple could be swollen. have a doc check it out. there are clinics that charge flat fees like $40. they're poppin up all over.

first off girls don't have adam's apples, second get your thyroid checked could be a goiter...go to a specialist tho
