we are very good friends and i dont know whats between us, it jus bring us way too closer when we meet up. we always endup hugging, kissing, cuddlling, he would hold me tightly, not sure we i would i talk to him about my feeling, is he jus wating for me to say somthing... what could be our relationship?

I'd recommend saying something like, "I enjoy spending time with you, and I really enjoy how we spend it, but I'd like there to be more definition in our relationship. I don't want to end up being a friend with benefits; I want us to be more." At this point he should either be right with you, "I totally agree," or he'll have that worried look that says, "Woah, I totally wasn't expecting any type of commitment."
But talk about it before you start snuggling again... guys are more likely to be honest when they're not "in the moment."
And I'd recommend doing this before Valentine's Day rolls around; if not things could really be awkward.

Talk 2 him,i dont mean tell him u love him and get in to a deep deep conversation about wot u want from him,just put an idea to him bout the to of u seeing each as more than friends and c wot he says,he mite feel the same as u!good luck,and dont live life regreting wot could ave been!!!Go for it!!!!!!!!

You already are expressing your love for your best friend. The next step is asking him what's going on between you two. You need to make sure he's not just using you for the time being... i'm sure that's not it. I am sure he cares about you... so you have to find out for sure. Ask where it's going and see if it really means something to him.

Ask him what kind of relationship you 2 have? It won't put him on the spot or suggest anything and open the door for some real communication.

If you can't be completely honest with him and also give him the chance to be completely honest with you, then you are going to drive yourself crazy. Trust me! I did it for 4 years and it got me nowhere.
Tell him how you feel and then ask him how he feels? At least then you'll know and you can either get on with your relationship or get on with your life.

Just tell him. But if you want to keep him as a best friend, thats all you need to be. If you have a romantic relationship with him & something goes bad, then there goes your love & your best friend.
