iv been getting really bad pain in my knee i went to the doctors and he said he could not find anything wrong the last few days iv been getting pain in my hip aswell, i now feel i cant go back to the doctors as he made me feel i was waisting his time what should i do

go to the arthritis clinic at the nearest university hospital and get it checked out. Most pills today cause arthritis to start in the knees very very early- like late 30's in some cases. Doctors are just finding out that they have given you stuff that affects the cartilage in joints and they are running scared from Lawsuits. The pain in the hip is usually just the hurt from the different way you use your knee because that hurts so bad. So the muscles and tendons are pulling the hip joint differently than before.

Seriously, spray some WD40 on it. It has something to do with removing moisture. I learned that in Poland.
