saying this implies that satan is omnipresent as is god. that satan can be everywhere at once tempting people. even the bible says satan is not omnipresent.

have u guys ever stopped to think that it might just be your natural sinfulness that "made" you do it?

I have to agree with you. I get extremely disgusted when I hear someone say, "Satan made me do it!" I want to tell them to grow up and take responsibility for their own flaws. I feel sorry for poor Satan. Taking the blame for every wrong ever done by man.

It reminds me of an incident that happened when I was volunteering at a church charitable organization. This woman came in to get some food and all of a sudden started babbling about how she had been in jail a few months ago. She said that Lucifer had tempted her and made her be a prostitute and do drugs. I didn't say anything, but I was thinking, "Oh yeah. You don't have a problem taking responsibility for anything, do you?" It truly sickened me.

You also make a good point about people treating Satan like he's omnipresent. I often point that out myself. Of course, it goes in one ear and out the other. Most of these people don't want to lose their best excuse.
