I hate it. I'm 16 years old and perverted men are always staring at me and asking for my number. I tell them that I'm 16 everytime but some of them still ask me out anyway. It hate it. My mom says its because of my beauty and many men don't think a teen girl is very well developed like me. I feel lonely becasue the guys at school don't seem to notice me. i want someone my own age.

In general men are ALWAYS thinkin about sex. many men would stick their thing in a hole in a wall if it was hot and wet. it doesn't matter if the female is 16 or 60, if she looks even half way decent a man is going to look and if they have the nerve they will attempt to initiate conversation with her. that is a fact of life. grown men who approach under age females should be ashamed of themselves. but u hafta come to terms with the way men are and continue to ignore these perverts that approach u. as far as guys at school, i'm sure they notice. they just aren't confident enough yet to approach u. don't worry, in time they will and then you'll be askin: "why won't all these guys at school just leave me the hell alone!!!"

The need for love and affection and gratification doesn't end at a certain age. Youthfulness attracts. Also newness attracts. Older people sometimes want to associate with younger folk merely because young folk don't carry as much baggage (yet), still have that new car smell, still are shiny and hopeful and haven't been jaded by life (yet). Young people still have hopes and dreams pouring out of them. Sometimes an older person feels he can help fulfill some of those dreams (has more disposable income, has investments and equity that can be tapped, maybe more connections, definitely a lot of experience that can be passed on) and seeks that gratification, seeing his youngster succeeding and following a dream that might otherwise not be possible. Youth also has so much more energy which can work as a magnet. And then there's the validation and older person gets when a fresh young thing selects him to hang with--must be something special about that older guy to catch such a sweet young thing. And, if you live long enough, you too will become the older guy and, if you don't already have an ongoing relationship with someone, you'll be looking for love. Take it as you please but consider, if even the old guys were ignoring you, how would you feel then?

I'm glad you want someone your own age, very sensible too. Men are perverts and I think you should tell them so. A lot of men like younger women because it makes them feel more attractive.
Trust me it is more about them than you. Try to ignore it.
As regards to guys at schools make your self emotionally available (just emotionally mind). Talk to them, make eye contact and smile. Make a few male friends, you might have a relationship with one of their friends because of it. Just getting to know people helps make you more approachable.

It could be that the guys at school think that they wouldn't stand a chance with ya, maybe u should try flirting with some of the one's you like. as for preverted all men believe if u are beautiful they will always be asking you out regardless of ur age.

Girl, you need to go ahead and get used to do that. Cuz older men don't care. They wild and love young girls. They love us because we young and haven't expereinced a lot of things in the world as much as they have and they know that we're young and foolish and curious. But as you get older things will get better. Men your age gonna be on you like icing on a cake. So don't worry your self, gurl. It's natural.

i'd get all creeped out too.... take a self-defense class, box, work-out.... you need to have an aura of i'm beautiful, but don't F*** with me.
as for the guys your own age- forget about it. i know it probally feels huge and it is...i'm not trying to minimize your feelings ...i'm just saying that ....oh this one is hard :) when you find someone who is genuinely interested...it'll feel so much better than "wanting someone" just so you don't feel lonely....
take your "lonely" time and do something wonderful, change the world, start a hobby....
