If your cat likes to be squirted, try this method: Whenever she misbehaves, tap her firmly but lightly on the nose. Never hit a cat, just tap her and gently say, "No,______." This is what all the professionals say, and it works with my cat!

My cat doesnt care about the water either, I put him in the bedroom for a time out sometimes after he does something bad, like trying to get my pet budgies. Mine also loves the pet taxi. I slam my hand on the table or just yell "NO" and he gets the point.

Hissing seems only to work with some cats, and it sounds like this cat has balls. (Yeah I know it's a girl..) I hiss at my cats when they hiss at me, but my boy cat just looks at me like I'm crazy. If spraying isn't working then maybe try a soda can with coins or pebbles in it? Shake it when the cat does something bad, or slam your hand on a table, or even throw a pillow at her. An air horn would probably work, but I doubt if your roommates/neighbors would appreciate that much. I wouldn't suggest the ping pong ball approach, since that would be interpreted as a reward. ("Look, if I'm bad then my owner will play with me!") Good luck. ^_^

WOW, mine is like that also...like today she drove me crazy and she made me so mand I had to lock her in the barthroom for 20 mins just to get some quite time for myself. She is so crazy, she runs around like she is high or something... and OMG does she love to bite and claw me....she is cute but nothing boters her. She even trys to jump into the bath with me...lol
I did hear from someone else that hissing at her will work...I do it a little but not a lot.

Hiss at her and make that 'leave me alone' warning sound that kinda sounds like a gutteral ambulance siren.
Also clap really loud right in their face, or put coins in a soda can and rattle it right when she does the negative behavior.
The cat will certainly get the message.

My kitty hates "canned air." It is more forceful than water but a really quick shot on the butt doesn't hurt them.
Good luck. Nothing really works very well. Remember, cats have "staff." We are not their owners. I have a plaque that says "Happiness is being owned by a cat."

you don't discipline cats, they only let you think you do. (c:
but it would also depend on what you are trying to get her not to do. if she is getting into mischief, fill a can with small pebbles, & throw it next to where your cat is doing the bad thing. thats the only thing I can think of that would discourage your cat from doing whatever it is you don't want her to do...
good luck!

Hiss at him or her. That is how a mother cat disciplines her young. They absolutely hate it!

Get one of those ping pong ball guns. If anything, the balls will distract her from the naughty thing she is doing.
