I have this new coworker for the last three months, I asked her twice to go out with me, she refussed,
I AM in LOVE with her.. but why she dos not like me?

Maybe u have come on too strong and that has scared her off or maybe she is not interested. U should try just being her friend for now show what u are really like as a friend and she wont feel any pressure and might end up liking you. Also do try and date other people as you could end up meeting someone else or she might relax round you if she thinks ur not that in too her.

You need to get over it because you can't make someone like you. She has made it clear that she is not interested in you! Leave her alone now or you will become a stalker.

She's got no feelings for you so get used to it. Accept her as what she is a worker and that you both have totally seperate lives away from work.

Maybe she just isn't into you or find you attractive.
Maybe she will go on ONE date with you. Tell her to try you and see if she likes your company.

calm down a little..act like your not interested anymore..i bet you a dollar that she will be like " what the heck he doesnt like me anymore. well i will change that" works almost every time. Good Luck
