Yes thats very normal. You were far to young to have a sexual realtionship and the older guy is a pedo who should be locked up. I knew someone who lost her virginity to her teacher and was then brave enough to speak up about how she was taken advantage of.
Sex is a serious thing. I don't believe in waiting for love because that is a difficult thing to find but I do believe in waiting until you are mature enough to get the best out of it. I always say you should lose your virginity to someone you have known for some time who cares for you and respects you. That way you can make sure that you share control of the situation.
My advice to you now is to move on. You may have made a mistake but it wasn't your fault. Seriously it WASN'T YOUR FAULT! Try from now on to always choose your partners carefully and don't let anyone have power over you.

I was 16 and lost it to my boyfriend of 8 days. I obviously regret that one haha. We stayed together for 4 1/2 years but I felt obligated to date him since I had lost my virginity to him. I am 21 now, married to a wonderful man, we waited until we were engaged before having sex and I don't regret a thing with him :)

It's normal to feel sad about something you regret, especially the loss of your virginity.
However, it's best not to dwell on your past mistakes, rather you should learn from them.
I'm sorry to hear that he used you for sex but that is something you have to be cautious of in all intimate relationships.
Your experience probably made you a much stronger and wiser person.
Don't be so easily fooled in the future.
You'll never forget your first time but someday you'll find someone who appreciates you and that person won't use you like others have in the past.
Good luck.

You're not alone on this one! ... i was 14 when i lost mine and i'm still madly inlove with this guy. And Honestly, if i could i would sooo go back in time and change it. Now because of that im not that independent person i was then. He's 21 now but at the time he was 19. I feel you , now all you have to do is prove to that man that you are so much better than him ... what im doin is when my guy gets out of jail im going to look so hott that hes going to want me soo bad , then im gunna act like i want him then be like "Boy , you just wish you could get this again" then make him go all crazy for you. haha! it should work. Use him like he used you! AINT KARMA SWEET!!!

Lots of people regret losing their virginity at a young age. Believe me, I do. I was 15, and he didn't deserve it. If I could do it all over again, I wish I would have had enough confidence in myself to not give in to this person.

Hello Miss DM.
Yep, I guess it's normal.
I'm a 36 year old guy and still regret losing it at age 14 to some fat old bint (I was drunk).
I am glad however that it gave me an in site at a young age as to what women like.
It's **** to be used, but we can learn from it.
If what has happened to you has taught you skills in bed, then you will find it easier to hold the man of your dreams when you meet him.
Well, that's my way of looking at it.
Good luck sweetheart.

I lost mine to my husband after marriage, and I was not too young. I feel I lost it to the wrong person too. He criticised me for my lack of experience on bed (of course he knew I was virgin before marrying me)
and it makes me sad to think how have lost it, and who I have lost it to as well, I feel the same that you do. I wanted him to be the only man of my life, but he just plainly did not deserve it.
Dont blame yourself. Not everyone has a love story to tell when they talk about their first time. We have to try to move on and overcome the regret and the sadness.

I was 15 and I don't regret it really. If I could do it over, of course I'd wait but I made the best choice I could at the time. Try not to beat yourself up over past choices. You can't change them. All you can do is move on and learn from them.
