i dont think bush has a reincarnated spirit.
if you have ever seen the LEFT Behind movie series there is another way a demon possession can be reincarnated.
And there maybe reincarnation for some spirits, but NOT all spirits are indeed reincarnated, for in Peter 3:18-19 it is clearly written that some disobedient spirits are in prison EVEN from the days of Noah, when the whole world of carnal people was destroyed.
There are also technologies that can "cut and paste" or copy and paste the past lives of the memories of others into the minds of people living today. I personally experience The DEATHs of other people even as I myself see the death of being tied and bound and thrown into a lake or opening my eyes under a sheet of ice and realizing that breaking the ice is not possible, I AM Gong to Die. or seeing the death of women through the eyes of a child hiding in a van and then notices that the killer who is dressed in black cloak with a painted face and is black is walking toward the van and the door on the otherside of the van is Unlocked. it pure extreme Terror.
Such experience does NOT make the recipient of a reincarnation, it only makes me see what happened to OTHERs.
For those that ARE the most HOLY in world history, there is no reason to be reincarnated, only to be judged again according to their sins and transgressions would only mean they resume the possibility of going to hell, knowing that all people are born with a memory erased. People who are extremely evil who are reincarnated might grow up again and do exactly the same things they did before. So staying in hell or in spirit prision, is the best thing for all of society. then again those that are too close to the balance of going either way can choose to come back and try again.
there is also the theory that everyone who has ever lived will be reincarnated so that When the resurrection happens only those that are truly repentant will escape judgment.
another theory is people who ask for mercy can be reincarnated instead of being sent to hell. i myself died when i was 8 or 9, or so it seems, and i was sent back to before the time i died and was reincarnated that way. I have seen myself twice in similar fashions. i have also experienced some sort of time traveling where i might have died and still wake up and realize that i shouldve been dead. so reincarnation takes several kinds of forms and practices. Then again if mortal men have access to time travel these kinds of symptoms would be comletely regular as often as any time travelor would pass by the same time coordinates.
