My baby is almost 7 months (on the 1st), and in a size 2 diaper.
For more comparisons, she wears size 3-6 mo or 6-9 mo clothing, but a lot of the 6-9 mo is still too big for her.
At her 6 mo checkup (2 weeks ago), she was 15 pounds even and 25 1/2 inches. At birth, she was 7 pounds 15 oz and 21 1/4 inches. She's a skinny little thing, but strong (crawling and VERY tentatively cruising already, so, can't complain).

My son is 2 1/2 and in size 4 White Cloud diapers. He's been in that size for a long time. He's pretty small - still wears 12 month or 18 month clothes (usually 12 month for the waist in pants but needs 18 month for the length - in shirts usually an 18 month or 18 - 24 month).

Diapers such a mathmatical brain twisting purchase at the store! My daughter 3 years old almost potty trained is in size 5. She's been 5's for about a year.

I like Parent's Choice diapers from Walmart then White Cloud. Anyway, try using a larger diaper and see if this helps. Parent's Choice diapers are also cheaper then White Cloud.

Well, it depends on the brand. In Huggies my son (8 months next week) can fit into a size 2, but we just bought 3's. I noticed when we tried pampers, they seemed to run a little bigger.
