What's the best way to cook skinless boneless chicken, pasta, olive oil, & garlic together?

chop the garlic saute it over low heat for a few minutes in the oil (olive would be best for this dish) until it softens - do not brown it - it will become bitter

remove the garlic form the pan - set aside

add the chicken (whole or sliced up) and some more oil saute over medium heat until cooked through

combine chicken, cooked pasta, reserved garlic and (if necessary) a little more oil

you can also add cooked veggies to the mix if you have any

You've got a great start.You can do several dishes with these base ingredients.


- Chicken Soup

Desired amount of chicken
noodles
olive oil
water or broth
Salt and Pepper
onion chopped
garlic minsed
carrots chopped
celery chopped


In soup pot brown the onions on medium heat with olive oil
add the garlic Take care to not burn
add celery and carrots stir as you go salt and pepper to taste
add chicken stir
when chicken looks cooked on the outside
add the water or broth

Simmer on medium heat for 20-35 minutes or until done


- Chicken Paillard with grilled Vegetables

Chicken Breast
Garlic chopped
Fresh rosemary,chopped
salt
pepper
Lemon juice
Olivi oil
Any vegetables you like grilled
Fresh rosemary sprigs

1. Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic film
With a meat mallet,carefully pound to a uniform thickness of about 1/4 inch
2. Combine the garlic,rosemary,salt,and pepper.Lightly rub the flattened chicken breast on both sides with the mixture.Sprinkle both sides with the lemon juice and then with the olive oil.Let marinate for 2 to 4 hours in the refridgerator.
3. Preheat a grill or broiler to very hot.Place the chicken breast on the grill,skin side(that is the side that had skin on)down,and grill until about one-fourth done.Rotate chicken 1/4 turn on grill to mark.Continue to cook until about half done.Turn over and continue to grill until just cooked through.
4. Plate and serve at once with an assortment of grilled vegetables.Garnish each portion with a sprig of roemary



-Sauteed Breast of Chicken

1Pound Chicken Breast
1/2cup flour
1Tbs olive oil
1 clove of Garlic Minced
1 sm onion chopped
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste

Heat olive oil in pan suitable for sautteing.cover chicken
with flour,be sure to shake off any extra flour.Also you may
want to spice up the flour with a few seasonings;such as
Basil,Red chili powder,ground cumin,lemon pepper and
so on


Saute chicken,garlic,onion,and mushroom ,salt and pepper

Boil the pasta seperately, cook the chicken and garlic with the olive oil and when they are all done, then you can combine it.
