While green tea consumption gives certain benefits it also can have unwanted effects on persons ingesting it. One major thing to consider when buying tea is where the tea is grown. Tea grown in some parts of the world have high concentrations of chemicals from prollution. Tea plants usually "breathe" heavy metal particles and other chemicals from the atmosphere more so than many other plants.
