When ever I walk short distances, it feels like the ground moves underneath me. When I sit still, I feel like my head is throbbing, but with no pain. I also feel extemely tired all the time. I know I don't have high blood pressure, and I've been extremely anxious because all of this which only makes it worse. Any suggestions?

Any slight dizziness or nausea? You might have an inner ear infection that's affecting your balance.
Why don't you get checked out by a doctor - who will be able to help far more and more accurately than we can! Then you can stop feeling anxious and get well!

You might actually have low blood pressure. Or you might need to eat a bit more, or drink more water: Malnutrion and dehydration can cause symptoms like that.

Or you might have diabetes. A doctor would be better able to tell.

Good luck!

Check your pockets! I was felling unbablanced and found that one of my students had slipped a 4 lb. hunk of granite into my pants pocket a couple of weeks previously.
