I am really confused and need advice and I don't want him telling my mom or anyone.

That depends on the question. A priest is not allowed to discuss something a person confesses in the sacrament of reconciliation EVER. In fact, even under a subpeona, a priest would be required to maintain silence, prefering going to jail over breaking faith in one of the sacraments of the church.

As to secrecy about the church: no, priests, as a general rule, do not swear secrecy on any subject. At any given time any member of the church (or any visitor) can approach a priest with a respectful question and expect a knowledgable, truthful, and complete answer to their question.

Only in the sense that the "seal of the confessional" (that which is heard in the Sacrament of Confession and Absolution) is absolute. I am forbidden from mentioning what I heard in Confession EVEN to the person who confessed (I can only do so it they give me permission to discuss it with them outside of the confessional)

That seal is sacred and can never be broken.

So, if that is your question...yes. i am sworn to secrecy.
