If you are concerned about carbs, don't even look at pizza.

The dough, sauce and tomatoes have the most carbs.

The cover is tomatoes, basil, olive oil and mozzarella. The bread (and to a lesser extent the tomatoes) are the carbos. There may be an Atkin's-type dough you can use if this is the concern. Here's an Atkins recipe: http://www.atkins.com/recipes/p/pizza-margherita-508

The cheese and cooked dough have the most carbs. Thin crust Pizza has less than pan style.

The dough...at Trader Joe's I've seen a low carb dough that you can buy...try it if you're looking for something like that =)
