sorry but if you own your own business I'm afraid that you just not going to get anything. usually the employer pays the employee's .

paternity leave is unpaid until the new changes come into effect in April 2009.

there is a form you get from your boss and then you turn it in to your boss and it gets denied from your boss and then you take your boss to court and the judge rules in your favor and then you got to pay yourself. and everyone is happy except you because you didn't win a dime,and now you got to claim it on your incoms tax. so you are not entitled to anything.

Any kind of benefit for leave is paid by the employer, so if you're self employed, you wont be getting anything.
