I was hanging out with this guy ( going to dinner and movies) but we wernt dating! I knew him from work so i went into work one day and heard that he had made a bet with some other guys that he could sleep with me before April. Now I confronted him and he denyed. Now I cant say for sure what is the truth, and now he wants to hang out again. I dont know what to do

ok well heres the thing. guys dont like to tell other guys they have feelings, so they will play stuff off on "bets" more of an excuse to hang out with you so the other guys wouldnt heckle him because they would think that "oh he just wants some action". this guy might really care about you. but the possibility of him just being a dick still exists. if your not in any hurry, hang out and whatever, and dont sleep with him. when april comes around and he's still interested, he was just using it as an excuse. another solution would just be sleep with him, then kind of like fake a lil fight so it would be easy for him to break up with you. if he breaks up with you without trying, he was in it for sex and money. if he trys making it up to you then he actually cares. theres other solutions, those are just the 2 that came to mind right away. kind of rash though. just try talking is prolly a better idea

If you enjoy hanging out with him who cares what everyone thinks......maybe he didn't make a bet about you....it's just hear say anyway. Just keep it platonic and have a nice time. Maybe he really likes you......April is 4 months away, a lot could happen in this time. You might even fall in love. Boy, wouldn't that give the office "immature boys" something to talk about. :)

not all men, they are just ignorant, and the reason why every thing is sexual is you gotta think that now days, EVERY THING is interpreted sexually, with people who take that kind of thing as far as I was talking about, it is hard to do any thing with out someone giving a sexual remark about it. I would just slap them up side their head, but I am 18, so now I would definitely be tried as an adult, and they being younger, has it on their side, rather than the government taking "eye for an eye" seriously now days, that is actually a law, and when people like I live up to it, they just deny it and try to make you look like it wasn't just! those **** heads(figures of authority) and don't forget that women use more of their brain than use men, my male science and math teacher from 6th grade taught the class that when I was in there.

well don't sleep with him and pretend that you're really into him so then you can hold this thing out until april and then he'll loose all of his money and then you can laugh at him. that would be mean... funny but mean. It would be pay back for betting on you like you were a horse. do it...

the guy is a sleeze bag. we make bets about banging you girls all the time. don't you know better than dating someone in the office? he's just trying to bang you, if he doesn't he will still tell the other guys in the office that he banged you.
