what should i do i like this girl thats like one of my best friends but she always says she like someone else but she never says that there offcialy dating and right now theres this guy that she says she like a little so my question is should i ask her out or just stay friends

Look at your self, are you just friends because there is that chance that she likes you? If so your not really just her friend, its more of a sexual interest, and if she turns you down you may cut off the relationship you have with her.
Ultimately its gonna come down to you being miserable seeing her with someone or because she turned you down, take the leap and tell her how you feel an ask her out, but keep in mind that females can see a guy as a friend but deep down for 90% of most guys who call a girl a friend its a physical and sexual attraction, that makes them stay around.

I would be careful about asking out your friend. You could run her off forever or there could be romance. Be careful on your decision. If you think she's not interested don't ask.
