If he knows that you can't stand him or what he's doing he might be doing it on purpose just to make you angry.

First I would like to start off by saying not all men are this way,Then I would like to say you don't have to work with people like that.I would go to the boss and let him or her know what is going on and although you may not want to file a complaint but you want this to stop and now as this is against the law.If your boss doesn't help you he or she could be in hot water as you could sue the co.you work for so most bosses will help you .I hope this helps. If you don't tell the boss I have the feeling this pervert will keep doing this.Good Luck!

Hon, do not allow this to happen. This man has no right to create an uncomfortable atmosphere for you at your job.
There are laws addressing this sort of thing. You need to have a talk with your boss, who in turn will address the offensive employee. You are NOT being dramatic for expecting to be able to do your job without this man's behavior interfering with it. He's knows damn well how's he's making you feel, and he's getting a rise out of it. Take action now, Hon, and good luck.

Report them and then MOST IMPORTANTLY document it. Keep a record of it at the time and date and who if any were the witnesses.
This is all building a good case if they don't take care of the problem. You go to court with a list of the above into. and then compare it to someone who says "this guy bothered me at work and I complained, no I don't have the dates, or anything like that!"
Guess which answer is more credible

This man has created a hostile work environment for which your employer is responsible. Contact your supervisor or his and explain your complaint. If that would be uncomfortable, go over their heads or to your human resources office to make the complaint. Good luck.

Talk to your boss!!! A similar situation happened to me, but it turned into something scary! He began following me to my car and the comments turned much more vulgar. I even got switched onto another shift. Then he told another co worker that I was ignoring him and he wanted to make me pay...seriously. You need to talk to your boss or supervisor. You are there to do a job, not worry about perverts.

If your company has a Human Resources department, you need to file a complaint. Does your boss know about this person's behavior? If not, you need to let him/her know that your co-worker's behavior is making you uncomfortable. Good Luck!

HR is your best friend in this case; sexual harrassment is a serious issue. First, say bluntly (but politely) to his face that he's making you uncomfortable, and you would like him to stop. If the attention continues, go to HR.

I would contact my supervisor first. If he/she is unwilling to help I'd lodge a complaint with human resources. No one has the right to make you feel like less of a person.

The only sign you need to show him is your backside as you close the door going in to your manager's office. And you report the Perv as "sexual harrassment" and if your boss does nothing, you go to HR and if THEY do nothing, you call the EEOC.

Guys- especially perverts- are extremely thick-headed. You need to give him the cold shoulder, don't be nice to him AT ALL! If he keeps bothering you, go to your boss.
