slow computer?

i went on my borhters computer and it takes 5 minutes to start up for actually to open a aprogram and i was trying to upload pictred but i never got to it because the computer is just so slow does anyone know whats wrong with it and what i can do to solve it thanks

I think there must have some regsitry errors and spyware in you PC to slow it down.

Delete some unnecessary programs and mostly anti_viruse saftwares make this problem i, my self had this prb and deleted the anti_viruse and the problem solved !
