I ordered a product off of Amazon.com and sent the payment via money order/cashier's check over three months ago. Still no product! Can someone tell what's going on ? I'm under the impression never to buy anything else off of Amazon again!

I have bought many, many books, music etc, from amazon... If you ever have a problem contact the seller ASAP, let them know you never recieved your order and to issue a refund or to resend your order.

Depending on the product, Amazon is only the reseller of the product. The product may be drop shipped from another company (i.e. JCPenny, Target).
You need to check your order status that they sent to you when you first placed the order. They will tell you if you need to contact Amazon or the second party for shipment.
This happened (kind-of) to me and Amazon said the item had shipped but I never got it! I contacted Target (the reseller) and they told me it was on back-order. I did eventually get it.

let me know what happens. i sent something in to be refunded and i am still waiting too. it might be just a holdup from xmas, they might still be backed up. heres hoping we get what we want!
