If you usually sleep less than 9 hours, and you got an excessive amount of sleep for you, than yes that could be the cause. It could be other things as well. I don't know where you live, but if you are in a cold area, and have dry heat in the house, that can cause you to wake up with a headache. You could be in the south right now, in the rain, and that can cause a sinus headache. Are you able to take anything to relieve the pain? If this persists, I would contact my dr. Sometimes its just best to take things into him and find out what the problem is.

No. It is probably stress but not oversleeping, for a normal human gets 7-10 hrs of sleep a day depending on their lifestyle and age. If you show extreme sensitivity to lights or this continues for a long time, see a doctor.

Recently I had the same problem too. In my case I found that less central heating and having a window open before bed made it go away. (Better an extra blanket at night than a sore head!). Also try drinking more water.
Try that, but if it persists.... go see a doctor.

Headaches can be the cause of dehydration, but most of the time, back problems that we don't even know about. I swear by my chiropractor! I recommend you go see one if this persists. A good adjustment may solve everything.

It's possible you grind your teeth while you sleep. You may want to consult a dentist.
