There's that guy that i love and he is the one of my dreams. He is shy too and people were telling me that he likes me and i like him too. Should i tell him what i feel about him..And how should i comfort him

You say you have heard that he likes you. That is great. Now take your time and let him learn and find the courage to say the things he needs to say to you. You are after all the Lady, Ladies recieve the first words of love from the man. Don't rush things but try to make it easy for him since he is shy. Invite him out, to a movie, or dinner or somewhere you know he enjoys, like the museum.. Be yourself, be friendly, show you care, by the little things you do, flirt in a playful and demure shy manner and if he really likes you he will get the unspoken message that you like him. That should encourage him to say to you what is in his mind and heart. As he sees your playfulness and encouragement, if he really likes you he will step forward. Give him the chance and opportunity to this, some day it will meet alot to both of you. This will not only make him feel good about himself but you will always know that he honestly likes you because you did not speak out first and because he found the strength to do what he had to do to have you as his. You will never have to wonder if you did not speak up first would he have said anything to you. Love finds the courage and strength to make the beloved ours. So remember take your time, do not rush things. Romance is always more fun when it taken slow and easy.. Good Luck

The same exact thing happened to me. You should wait and make sure that he really does like you before you tell him. Oh, and if you are in my situation, you should make sure that he does not already have a girlfriend...
Maybe you should get one of his friends to ask him if he likes you and then if he does you should find a way to tell him.
I was at camp and it was the second to last day (the last night) I slipped a note under his door saying that I wanted to talk to him. I did that, without knowing if he liked me (it is a complicated story)...
Just be sure that he likes you before you go and get ur heart set on things. Trust me. (Yes, I know. I'm a total stranger):)

Learn the difference between the two.
How about talking to him first and see if you have anything more in common than your own hormones and fantasy.
Slow down kiddo. You are likely to feel this same crush feeling about many more people in your life than just this person.

Just support him until he finally gains the confidence to make a move on you. He'll come around. Most guys only get one or two opportunities to score with a girl.

Yes, you should, if he is shy then the chances of him coming to you are slim. You have to take the initiative. I can't tell you how to confront him, if that's what you asked becuase I don't know what kind of personality he has.
