There is a face mask made by St Ives. I think it is medicated and it has sea weed in it or something. It works really well for blackheads on the face. You may also want to try the Biore things for your face that are specifically for blackheads.

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

Just like your b/f I get called on to sort this kinda thing. I have the same problem as him but the way round it for him to use something like a couple of Biro's in a pincer movement. You can apply exact pressure this way and if you do it right you don't hurt her. There aren't many nerves on your shoulder blade so it shouldn't really hurt anyway.

Get some biore blachead self warming mask, put it on there to help bring it up, then have someone (with nails) to try and squeeze it to the top. After that, use eyebrow tweezers to pull it out slowly.

I wish I was there, I'd do it for you. I love squeezing spots and blackheads. Try hot water on cotton wool to open the pore then squeeze it.

Get your b/f to GENTLY press either side of it with tweezers and squeeze slightly.
Maybe soften the area with a warm flannel first.
The tweezers will act like fingernails.
