I suppose I'm not doing all that I can because I'm not totally aware of all the things that can be done....yet.

We limit the light use in the house and have the energy saving bulbs.
We don't watch TV all day... just a couple of our favourite shows.
Cold wash the clothes. Hang clothes outside to dry when the weather permits.
Have energy efficient appliances.
Unplug things that aren't in use.
Hand wash dishes.
Wear sweaters in the house with the heat turned down in the winter and open windows & use fans when needed in the summer...trying not to put on the air conditioner.
When possible have kitchen appliances that aren't electric... like a can opener or a spice grinder or coffee maker (french press) etc...
No carpets in the house so we sweep/mop instead of vacuuming most times.
I carpool to work. (too far to bike) and when I have to run errands I map out where I have to go and drive in order so I'm not going back and forth unnecessarily.

That's what I got for now... I'm sure I'm forgetting something.
