Ok, there's this boy at my skool that is really cute he knows i like him. So my friends try to hook us up. All he says is I will tell u when the time is right. Then he flirts with me and then gives a real hug(body to body), then goes on to his class. What does that mean, does he like me or am I not hiz type????

Hey Ria, I am very young HS teacher...but also know a little bout the dating scene...from what you said so far this is harmless fun flirting. But if you think about it...when he says the time is right he will tell you. say to him, "Thats cool, when the time is right I might be available or "we can talk about it!" But I would kinda of back off the hugging thing as I tell him that and then, he will either find the time or find you interesting enough to go about this flirting in a way which is more favorable to you and also keeps yoou from just being used to further his popularity with the guys...trust me...on this one...I see it everyday!

Of course he likes you! He's just playing "hard-to-get" so he can say others didn't hook you two up which can be positive for you both because, if it doesn't work out there's no one else to blame. Take this as a positive sign that he may be a private person and doesn't want other people in yours and his business. It's a sign of maturity, dear.

Don't push a guy into a relationship, just keep your cool until he is ready to begin a relationship with you.There's probably a good reason why he keeps flirting with you. Maybe he is trying to get to know you better.Just be patient and don't rush him. But, if he seems like he is playing with your emotions, just forget about him and move on to the next guy.

He's playing you, and getting off on calling the shots. You don't have to wait around for anyone to ask you out or hook up. Get involved in something fun.

he is just being immature and playin hard to get because he knows that you like him. Just don't ask him anymore. Let him come up to you and show him that you have other things to do rather than drowl over him.
