It teaches that Christians should get along with their neighbors IF THAT BE POSSIBLE. It says to plant seeds of truth, where the opportunity permits, and that would not include at work - thats not the time nor the place for it. It says that if someone is doing something directly against the Word of God, to not ignore it - that this world has too many people in it who say nothing instead of standing up for what is right; that you should let a brother know when he is doing wrong, so that he can correct the behavior.
It says you should not sway this way and that but speak boldly about your confidence in the Living God. There are about ten thousand statements that has to do with communication.
Are you perhaps looking for something more specific?

The Bible teaches conflicting views on almost everything it teaches in general. This is one of the main ones. Most parts of the bible tell people to treat each other with respect and not to judge them. But then other areas of the bible practically tell people to treat people horribly if it deems them so.

Most Christians I've seen choose to only follow the second part of that.

Love thy neighbour as thyself.

They shall know you by the love you show one another.
