Go on meetup.com, it is a site where you can start your own groups based on pretty much anything. I think they have parenting groups, and then you can keep track of everyone and post your info that way. I think it costs something to be the organizer, but most people either cover that or charge a small fee during the meetings to cover it.

you can start a group on Yahoo Groups... then you can designate location if you actually plan on having "meetings"
But I'm sure every parent in the world wants to do the same thing, you could just ask your neighbors who have children if they want to get away for awhile hahaha
