I had this surgery, but it was covered by insurance... you need to call your physician, or a general surgeon, (soft tissue) if you are a paying customer, and find the cost. In the US, hospital stay can be easily $1000 per day. I went home the next day.... piece of cake. This used to be a huge surgery with a long recovery time....

I had it done not to long ago, while I was on vacation!
Doctors in the USA found nothing wrong with me (after going to the ER twice within a week!)
In South America I had another attack, and the gallstone was detected right away. The cost of surgery $1500 US dollars.
My ER bill in the USA over $5000 US dollars, so I'll hate to see how much the surgery will be!

Plan active dates with your hubby, such as bowling or perhaps golfing, instead of dinner and a movie.

Walk between stores that come in close proximity (don't drive).

In the mood for a hot meal? Make a massive pot of veggie bean soups, divide into two-cup containers, and store within the freezer. Before bed, place a container inside the fridge, then grab it before heading out the door every day.

When collecting your kids from school, escape the car and greet them that has a hug instead of waiting from the car curbside.
