Dessert Pizza
Here's what you will need to make it:
sugar cookie dough, store bought or homemade
8-ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
fruit slices like banana, strawberries, apples and blueberries
greased cookie sheet or pizza pan
rubber spatula
Here's what you have to do:
1. Check with a grown-up before you start this.
2. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
3. Slice up the dough like you're making cookies.
4. Then, on a greased cookie sheet or pizza pan, press the dough out into a large thin circle. This is your pizza crust.
5. Bake it for about 8 minutes. Once it's done, take it out of the oven. Be sure to use oven mitts.
6. Then, put it on a rack to cool.
7. Instead of using tomato sauce, for Dessert Pizza, you mix together the sugar, vanilla, and softened cream cheese until it is smooth.
8. Using a rubber spatula, spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust. This is your sauce.
9. Now, put the fruit on top in any design that you want. The fruit is your pizza topping.
10. And now you have a Dessert Pizza!
DESSERT PIZZA
1 tube prepared cookie dough (Pillsbury sugar cookie or chocolate chip)
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
An equal amount of marshmallow fluff
Fresh fruit (several kinds of choice - strawberries, nectarines, kiwi, peaches, grapes, etc.), cut up
Powdered sugar
Spread cookie dough in oval on cookie sheet and bake. Let cool. While cooling, mix softened cream cheese and marshmallow fluff together and spread on cookie dough when dough is cool. Arrange fruit over top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and chill. Serve in wedges.

Here is the first recipe
copycat Pizza Hut Dessert Pizza recipe
Thin Crust
1 cup water
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3/4 cup cake flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast (proofed in water
at approximately 105 degrees F)
Crumb Topping
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup firm butter or margarine
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Vanilla Glaze
2 cups confectioners sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon melted margarine or butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine all crust ingredients in a mixer and knead for 10 minutes. Place in a large bowl, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and allow to ferment as long as possible (12 to 24 hours).
Punch down dough now and then when you get a chance.
Preheat oven to 550 degrees F.
Roll the dough as thin as desired. Roll, flour, flip and repeat until you end up with a shape equal to 90% the size of your pan, as it will stretch when you transfer the dough. Place dough on pizza stone or in pan. Brush with vegetable oil and prick with fork. Pre-bake for 3 minutes.
Remove from the oven and spread with cherry, blueberry or apple pie filling. If you want whole pieces of fruit with a thick topping, you will need 1 whole large can, otherwise you will need to purée half the filling if you want a thinner topping. After you have spread on the filling, you put on the crumb topping. Mix well with a fork or pastry blender. Spoon over pie filling. Use as much as you want of the topping. Put the rest in a zip-type bag in the refrigerator to save. Return pizza to the oven and continue to bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until crust is light golden brown. Remove and drizzle with Vanilla Glaze.
Yields one 16-inch dessert pizza.

use boboli shells- melt your favorite cheese with:
1)strawberry halves drizzled with chocolate
2)pineapple chunks with chocolate and marshmallow
3) bananas with brown sugar
4) peaches with marshmallow
Other fruits are good if you saute them first-apples.pears
It it possible to not used the cheese and use marshmallow instead but it gets way too hot and then get way too hard when it cools
