What are the side effects...if any? I was told that this product you dont get the gitters..it stablizes sugar levels..supreses appetite...and makes you burn more calories.. and its suppose to give you more energy but what I want to know is does it work and if so how much time before you see results???

For example, Guarana is an herb that contains a form of caffeine called guaranine, which is two and a half times stronger than caffeine. What makes guaranine different from caffeine is its slower release. That's because the guarana seed is fatty and is not readily water-soluble. Therefore the body does not quickly absorb it.
Nearly all the ingredients you listed have side effects associated with them. Know everything you can about each of them. Never find bliss in ignorance!
