There are many things that could be wrong. It could be as simple so needing more fiber or vitamins or iron in your diet to some very serious immunity issues. You have to see a doctor! There are many test that the doctor can do to find the answer. DO NOT accept "there is nothing wrong" Good luck.

The best way to keep your immune system from failing when certain antibodies enter your system is the age-old answer for most of life's problems: eat well and exercise.
You could have low nutrient levels, which could be helped my taking a full-range vitamin (Centrum for example) in the morning. Eat more colorful fruits and vegetables and drink at least 64 oz of water a day.
The reason exercise is also a major factor is because when you exert yourself in any way, your seratonin levels tend to raise. Good seratonin levels help to sustain the body's homeostasis, has a major impact on mood (depression can also make you feel physically ill a lot), and have an impact on vomiting and other stomach/gastrointestinal problems because most seratonin is synthesized in the GI tract.
Good luck and I hope you get to feeling better soon!

First of all, a little over a year ago, if anyone had told me I'd be advocating what I'm about to tell you, I'd have laughed them out of the room.
However, it worked for hubby & me, so here it is:
Go get a copy of "Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About", read it from cover to cover, and the do what it says, as close as you possibly can.
I did this January of '06, and both my husband and myself are feeling GREAT now. We are off all medications. We have lost over 40 pounds. Neither of us has missed a day of work due to sickness in a year. You decide if it works or not! I know it does.
It's a known fact we are exposed to or consume innumerable toxins every day. Through over the counter and prescription drugs, by consuming processed, irradiated, vitamin-depleted, antibiotic treated, growth hormone injected foods we eat, the dirty air we breathe, and the chemicals we expose ourselves to, just to name a few. This is the most drugged modern country in the world. Also the most fat and ill country in the world, considering all the drugs we take to be "better".
Get yourself to a physician that practices alternative methods, as well as the regular things doctors do for us. I'm not saying doctors are bad...I'm saying drugs and surgeries are not always the answer. Obviously, if you break a leg, it's gotta be fixed. A certain amount of common sense is in order here.
The Chinese people and American Indians survived for centuries in good health, and they didn't have it because of the drugs they took. It was their healthier lifestyles. Mother Nature was their lifestyle. Unchanged by man's "better ways".
If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
Good luck!

I've had this same problem since August. Finally they found that I have an infection in my tonsils that won't go away with antibiotics so I am haveing them removed next week. Go to an ear, nose and throat doctor if your regular doctors can't find anything wrong.

I don't know.
I had two sinus problems in 2006, a car minor accident but it remained with thumb problem, a lung infection, and everytime I see a black cat something happens like the other day when exactely when I entered to take a shower and I got soap all over me and life was wonderful it started to shower rusty dirty water for 15 long minutes when I waited in the shower.
JUST KIDDING.
Gee you make me envious on those martial arts movies characters who were beaten up till they almoust died but then miraculously recovered and WON.
WHEN WE'LL BE LIKE THAT?I MEAN RECOVER AND WIN

Ear infections are usually cured by antibiotics.
Your immune system needs to fend off all the viral and bacteriological germs. Take vitamins, Omega3, Noni, etc.
Hope you will feel better soon

O.k. I dont sell this stuff, but there's a juice called Mona Vie. It is exotic fruits and berries. Its a juice. You only drink a few ounces daily, but it is supposed to make you feel better all around. I'm not sure how expensive it is or anything. But, I have heard good stuff from it. My friends mother has cancer and the radiation has been really bad for her. So, she started drinking this juice and she says she feels alot better. It gives her energy.

Sounds like you might have something else besides a cold going on, you need some blood tests that will tell you conclusively what the problem is.

Maybe go to your doctor and get some blood work done to make sure your immune system is working well?? Just go for a check up and tell him what you are saying here.

I suggest you make an appointment to see your doctor as soon as possible. Illnesses that stick around, no matter how minor they may seem, can sometimes be signs of something serious.
