How do i bypass the windows password?! You know the one that they ask you when you login... Someone restored my laptop to an earlier date and i do not know the password for it.. Please help

If you are saying someone restored your laptop, but not able to help you out... then I guess, you are trying to sneek into some other's computer...

if you are using windows media center use the ERD Commander 2005.
If you have any account which has administrative privilege use any password recovery.
If you using sp2 or sp1 just boot in safe mode by pressing F8.Then login to administrator then remove the password of any user you don't know the password.

start your computer up and go in with safemode login as the Admininistor . and click on control panel ...Add/remove click on the user accout then click on change password .type in a new password then click on APPLY options ....restart the computer . then and login on your user account and type in your new password

take it to a repair shop, they can restore the password to blank.

You may need to log in under an admin profile and reset it...
Would it not be possible to contact the person who reset it?

try running your laptop in safe mode and login as adminastrator and change it
