Unfortunately for you, no scientific available. The only way for you to have a negative HBeAg is either your body fights off the HBV virus by its self which is very rare or go to your gastroenterologist or infectious disease specialist and start getting treatment which will last a long time (at least 12 months) and expensive. HBeAg is a sign that you have active HBV infection, the virus is replicating in you body and that you are infective. Get treatment ASAP.

Why r u trying to do that? Most people fight off the infection on their own but blood test will always show signs of it.
